Daaaamn, from the release of Jay Z's Reasonable Doubt (yea I still bump that shit from time to time) to Pac's All Eyes On Me, to his untimely death, 96 was a HELLUVA roller coaster ride in hip hop to say the very least, and right in the middle of it all these niggas dropped what I still believe to be one of THE best "gangsta" rap songs that year. You can love it or keep hatin' but you gotta respect it for what it is.
