Found this little guy on my porch. I dropped him off at Wildlife Rehab & Education. They need volunteers - especially in the spring - to come help feed the hundreds of fledgling birds that are dropped off in the spring, as well as all the baby squirrels that are dropped off in the fall. Any time you can contribute helps - some people even come in on their lunch hour once or twice a week. Call 713-861-9453. They have volunteer orientations every second Tuesday of the month, from 10a.m. to Noon. Sometimes they will have an orientation sooner - call to check. Website: www.wrande.org They are located just inside the 610 loop and I-10 on Old Katy Road, and there is a map on the site.

I hope to someday work with Wildlife Rehabilitation as my career. Nice video, yeah, the little guy was scared, but it is nice to know he is safe now and probably back in the wild.
