Asia's premiere vocal group, The CompanY, performs the epic rock hit of the Eraserheads' - "Ang Huling El Bimbo" (The Last El Bimbo). The CompanY gives this song a rocktronica flavor. The multiple layered vocals are reminiscent of Queen's epic rock songs.
This song is on The CompanY's "Mahal Kong Radyo" album (Viva Records 2004). Video director: Marla Ancheta. Location: Quiapo, Manila. Video was inspired by the classic Lino Brocka films like "Maynila sa Kuko ng Liwanag" and "Insiang" ; a depiction of the gritty, ruthless concrete jungle in decay.
