No, I will admit SOME fillers could have happened, but a lot of the more CRUCIAL fillers never did happen. Like the one where Naruto kissed that girl. It was his first official kiss with a girl but it never happened in the progressing story.

It should NOT even be CALLED a SPECIAL because this is CRUCIAL to the story later on.

Basically in order to get what happens LATER IN THE SERIES you need to know what is in this episode.

A FILLER is an episode that most likely NEVER HAPPENED!

Something that is in the manga is not a filler! This story is in the manga so how can it be a filler? Fillers are episodes that are not from the manga,they are made so the anime won't be close to the manga.I mean that the creators want space between the new chapter and new episode. SO IT'S NOT A FILLER!
