YOU SHOULD READ THE ABOVE INFORMATION AS TO HOW TO WATERPROOF THE HEXBUG.

If you manage to kill it by not reading the above information, you can probably fix it by shaking it dry, taking out the battery and putting it in a small bag filled with dry rice. The batteries will probably need to be replaced.

@rolicolopon Do you know where I can get some ballss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I buy them at the mall or would I be better off growing a pair? Perhaps I should make them out of brass. Do you have any advice on this matter?

@random2631 I broke one of the legs, which is why it just spins in a circle, but putting it in the water did not break it.

@darthme1000 They are heavier than water. It doesn't have enough buoyancy to float. Maybe you could attach it to a bit of sponge to see if that makes it float.

You can get a lot of hexbug nanos,do the mod to them, and create a hexbug nano Navy!
