招牌菜:黄鱼配馄饨 外婆家的味道

这是一家开在莘庄的本帮菜馆,说来这离市中心路程挺远的,本帮味道在上海也并不怎么起眼,但是这里每天晚上的食客却不少,尤其是一家三口带小孩的家庭。据说这吸引大家的就­是这道看似普通的小馄饨。 其实最大的秘诀还是在这事先熬好的汤底里,可别以为这只是简单的黄鱼汤,它可是用小黄鱼、黄鱼骨和老母鸡一起用温火炖上3到4个小时的精华。
