Well I think it says something different for everyone. The mindless violence described because of something as stupid as different clothes makes me think of chavs. Living in Romford I have my own stories and have heard many more and it is always the same kids. But it is different for every generation. Used to be Skinheads, Teddyboys but it just progresses.
