  • hey, the most important thing to remember about stretching is to do a slight warm up beforehand. not anything taxing, just a 5-10 minute walk will do in most cases. and, especially if you have had an injury. the worst thing you could do to a tight back and hamstrings, a problem a lot of men have, is to try and stretch them cold. you're far more likely to hurt yourself again.

    Something differect now...I'm a football (soccer) player and I'm injured for like 8 weeks now. I have some troubles with my hips/groins, I'm supposed to get the results in 2 weeks. I need some really good exercises to stretch these parts, and i want to know if it is good to do exercises while i'm still injured (if so, wich ones?) I'm getting desperate.. Because I think I'll never be able to play football against, please help
