  • Bozo in chief is lost without the teleprompter

  • It's funny how the same people who think bush is an idiot think obama is the best thing since sliced bread. Have they heard what happens when the teleprompter goes out or do they just not want to hear it?

  • It's Bush's fault!

  • "it was govt spending"

...that prolonged the Depression by many years.

The Pre-WWII jobs were short term, not long term.

  • There's a hint of Pelosi hidden somewhere in that voice... hmm...

  • lol, funny video..

  • Because we disagree I have 'a sad world overview' and 'look like an idiot'.

I really have no response to that.

    Good day.

  • "Why are you so against relying on yourself instead of government?"

I'm not against relying on myself, for things that I have control over. But there are certain things individuals can't do, and that's why we have a govt. For things like railroads, highways, clean drinking water, clean air, and yes, affordable medical care, even if you have a catastrophic illness that could cost 100s of 1000s of dollars to treat.

You have a sad worldview, especially for someone who doesn't look that old.

  • "UK healthcare system is NOT superior to the US."

Save it, buddy, my wife and her family are British, and I know for a fact that it is. It's not perfect, but it's far better than ours.

Tell me, since you've been in the US, has any doctor made a house call to you or anybody you know? No, of course not. Doctors haven't made house calls in the US for many decades, but they do in the UK.

Like I said, wait until you have a serious illness, and then tell me our system is better.

  • "My talking points are my opinions"

Yeah, I'm sure they are, just as soon as Rush tells you they are.

"I'm not an American and cannot vote."

I didn't say you voted for him, I said you supported him.

"Not only that but I had major issue with Bush's policies when it came to the economy the same as I do Obama'as."

Doesn't change the fact that you're a partisan, or else you'd give Obama more than two months before you judged his entire presidency.

  • "The Second World War got the US out of the depression."

Wrong. It provided a short term stimulus to the economy, but it was govt spending on infrastructure that created more jobs and a more long term boost.

"Where would you recommend I get my news from?"

A real news outlet. Preferably a newspaper NOT owned by Murdoch, but certainly not a propaganda mill like Fox.

  • Why are you so against relying on yourself instead of government?

I'm finding it hard to believe you seriously think this way. The world and capitalism are not out to get you.
