@AmroAB no you misunderstood the fact. I as an Iranian who has lived in Malaysia (not in Cyberjaya) until 2 years ago came to Malaysia not because Malaysia is better or other country is worst, I came to Malaysia because the price of house and cost of living compared to Iran is much cheaper and due to the political agreements between the governments of both countries some of Malaysian universities qualifications are acceptable in Iran.

99% of th students in cyberjaya smokes weed!! n 75% of the people in cyberjaya has HIV s0o how the f*** this city is gonna be after 20 years?!
-
Iranian taking all over the city!!
BIG RUINE
-And lastly but not least Corruption, specially police and security guard!! There are more than 70 unsolved laptop theft cases in the last 2 years, and whats funny is that all of these cases took place in student homes... which makes you wonder "they still didn't catch the thieves? its been already 2 years" not to mention other types of thefts.
I'm 100% sure that anyone from Cyberjaya will agree with me on these points.
Welcome to Cyberjaya!!!!

Cyberjaya is failed project... taking advantage of students in many ways:
-Residentially: their prices are compared with the luxurious districts of KL.
-Institutionally (specifically MMU University): injustice and carelessness because they'er not worried about students leaving the university, either way the money is coming from the Iranian student crowds, if you ask any Iranian they'll answer we're better off here than our country!! I have nothing against Iranians but this is a fact.
