Smoking marijuana is becoming even more popular among U.S. teens and they have cut down on smoking cigarettes, binge drinking and using methamphetamine, according to a federal survey released Monday.

Legalize marijuana so kids have a more difficult time obtaining it for up to 21 age and over. That fat tard doesnt know what's talking about. Idiot! some parents may suggest they find prohibition helpful to discourage their children from taking marijuana.

I say two things:

they should then PARENT their children, and not expect cops, courts and prison to do this for them.
