This movie takes me back to my childhood I am 28 years old now and I still love watching this I remember as a kid it really touched my heart I almost felt like I was in the movie it captivated my imagination I look at the movies today and nothing can compare to the movies I remember seeing as a kid this is one of those memorable movies it's to bad these kids of today cant experience the wonderful childhood that I had this movie will hold a special place in my heart forever!

The Aryan Veda's are the oldest religious texts in the world, and the key components of the myths in it are based on the same kind of perticularities as where The Never Ending Story is based on. Interesting to know is that the word veda, meaning 'to know' is directly related to Swedish 'veta', Dutch 'weten', German 'wissen' and English 'wise'. The words 'fat' ('Dutch 'vet') and 'wet' are also related, because of symbolic associations the Aryans made.
