I hate the fact that people are saying it's going to be the next Twilight.
Twilight was a bowl of crap! I've read this book and it's a lot better than Twilight...
I hate it when people judge new movies with Twilight. Like come on !

i was kind of upset cus they didnt show everything in the movie that they show here in the trailer thing. like vanessa was supposed to get trapped by that dude with the gun but it doesnt happen. a different scenario happens in the beginning. idk it was just different than i expected.

I loved the book beastly, but I think this is a bad adaption of it, it doesn't come close to the book at all, for one thing the lead doesn't look like a beast at all, in the book he looks more like the beast in beauty and the beast and the rest of the book is also a lot more similar to beauty and the beast it is just a little more modern and then it is from the beast's perspective otherwise beastly and beauty and the beast is pretty much the same story but not acording to this movie.

@dipsyhappy They've modernized Beauty and The Beast. Just from the look of the featurette doesn't mean it isn't like the book. You should give the movie a chance.

@nessahudgensdotorg Actually, dipsyhappy's referring to the book "Beastly" (a modern twist on Beauty and the Beast), which this movie is based on.

@spravodlivzita I know they were referring to the book. I know the movie is based on the book. Otherwise I wouldn't have said "doesn't mean it isn't like the book."
