There are all these definitions of what something is, but they rarely follow those definitions in real life, most of the time they are quite opposite. Government is not limited if it's growing and inefficient. There is no economic freedom if the the top rich control the major information outlets and PR firms. Whose social virtue? Yours or that other guys?
