Institute Workshop - Value Stream Maps

http://www.engagingkcoe.com | This advanced lean seminar teaches the use of a value stream mapping in any setting (manufacturing, healthcare, service, etc). The one-day workshop will teach attendees how to:

1. Facilitate the value stream mapping process
2. Create a current state, future state, and implementation plan via a one page report
3. Sustain and improve upon the gains of the project by engaging employees through problem solving, daily meeting, and visualizing key metrics
