@iceskater1 of course it is. how does one sue little kids and live with themself? The people who are suing the kids should be ashamed of themselves. They are just kids. It's bad enough that the kids are being blamed for the death of the old lady, do they really have to sue them and their family? Just leave these kids and their family alone for christ sake. Haven't they been through enough?

WTF? she was FOUR years old! It was an accident! That woman was on her way tot he grave anyway! I mean come on, realistically, the majority of us wont even live to see that age. You can't expect a 4 year old to be careful in everything they do! I bet that granny did her own share of careless stuff when she was 4! This poor little girl will be traumatized for life! God, seriously, America has the crappiest legal system ever.

It's amazing to me what people will do for money these day. sounds to me like the son of the old lady is just capitalizing on his mothers death :( very sad!!

@Hendrix92TheUniverse What I forgot to mention is the fact that the woman actually started the lawsuit but when she was suing them, it was just for the accident. Now her son is bringing the death into it, even though it was probably unrelated.
