This is a Health Education Authority PIF from around 1988 or so (first jumping man incarnation - seriously they should bring that little guy back, he was kind of reasurring at the end of these adverts and posters about horrific diseases and conditions you could fall prey to) so Mr. Brewster here is unlikely to still be alive; but good luck to him anyway. This is actually quite cool if you can get past the fact that it's an old man taling about his condom.
