Well it worked,but one problem wasn't solved. For some reason,i couldn't close the fake security alert and i couldn't open taskmgr no matter how i tried. So i used the search bar to find the location of the hotfix.exe.

you can tell its fake because the legit program scans GREEN NOT BLUE, and the real MSE alert happens in the system tray!
