I feel so bad for this guy.

They're right to rip his idea apart. Just picture the practicality of his idea with no mention of production cost..

1) Customer receives delivery

2) Customer is told to not throw away the box or is charged some kind of deposit?

3) Assuming customer does not toss it, they keep it until they decide to order again

4) Customer needs A SECOND clean box delivered IF they decide to buy again and return the first box

5) Customer holds the new box until.... I think I see a problem here...

Have you ever returned bottles and get money back? Yes I have and I do it a lot of times and the machine to take the bottles back is everywhere in Finland. This idea might not be the worst idea ever, it can work if he meets the right persons

i like how in the british version they at least listen to the idea before they shoot it down

wow what a bad idea, too much product hanging around in peoples houses or thrown in the trash, and the good thing about the cardboard boxes is they insulate the pizza but also let it breathe, this plastic one would not insulate it and it would also build condensation inside giving you a cold soggy pizza.
