    Sometimes while giving a speech, my mind thinks, "the audience is bored by this", or some other negative thought. I know when I think these negative thoughts, they transfer to my facial expression or other body language.

    What I've just said I think if very important. So how do we as speakers deal with negative thoughts, or not to allow them to control our thinking process.
