Please stop using the "teleprompter theory". You can obviously see at 8:25 in the video that there were different cards that were on the ready and whoever loaded them did not wait for the dissenting votes. It was not scripted ahead of time other than it being a script that could have gone either way. Not saying everything was on the up and up and I expect to get flak for this comment. But, the teleprompter script was set up for either scenario and the 8:25 mark in the video is proof of that.
