I wondered that the Rank 3 scene of Naoto was shorter than other scenes.
However, the doubt was solved. Because outtake scene was able to be discovered.
I seem that there is no problem in this scene.
I do not understand the reason why this scene is not adopted.....

This events can never be seen only by normal playing the game....

@10zaq10returns The reasoning's incorrect, Naoto you can interact with on rainy days. However, whether or not the weather is the actual trigger or this truly has been removed from the US version is something I've regrettably been unable to confirm on my own as of yet. However, I hope to confirm that for myself and return soon - my third playthrough is approaching Naoto's social link.
