  • please help i can only get signal on one side of my audio stereo track when i trying to recoed vocal in protool using a m-box

  • Know why? Because the gain is too damn high

  • Please help.

I can't get pro tools to recognize my mbox. When I go to I/O settings it doesn't show the mbox. I can't get anything to record in an audio track. Do you know why this is the case? I can hear my guitar when I play my mbox through my computer speakers, it is set as the default recording device on my control panel, but when I arm an audio track there is just one low signal that slightly bounces up and down but does not respond to any guitar or microphone input.

  • AYO.. I DONT HAVE A MBOX, AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKIN FINE... BUT NOW ITS ACTIN LIKE IT CANT FIND NOTHING TO RECORD OR PLAY THE SOUND OUT OF. WHATS MY PROBLEM?

  • I have an error that comes up saying " Error 1224 Could not complete your request bc the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open. (1224) It only happens when I import a background and try to record vocals over it." I looked up the error online and someone said when they got it they messed around with the I/O setup and fixed it... I was wondering if you knew what I need to do to it...

    Thanks

  • THanks dude - finally understood the Bus paths... I didnt realize it was fairly harmless to rename those stock Bus paths to just Bus 1-2, 3-4 etc..

  • BEst Pro Tools vid in a while. Solid !!! Real skillz Og. I was thinking he sounded more like Busta Rymes.
