Once you understand what the four stages of learning are, you can then be in a better position to 'teach share and instruct'. Paul Barrs from http://www.paulbarrs.com shows that these elements of education are actually keys to business success - because in essence, everything that we do has some facet of 'instruction' involved in it; be it in the writing of an eBook or the crafting of some sales copy. This brief video shows how you can stop being one of the masses and become one of the Masters.
Thanks this is very, very good stuff:)

I experienced this phenomena first in college when I was forcibly elected to student teach structural design(which I was STILL TAKING at the time). As a result, I ended up being the best in the school at it in a short amount of time. I was able to understand concepts because it was REQUIRED that I could turn that information into something everyone would comprehend easily. You find out really quickly what you don't actually understand.
This video is spot on.
