CHILL OUT GUYS! The owner isn't letting his dog play with a fucking RATTLE SNAKE or something deadly (the skunk clearly doesn't have rabies, I've seen rabid ones, they don't act like that at all).

@popeye9090 The dog did learn a lesson. Never trust your owner's sick sense of humor. Your dog does have all the protection she needs, and hopefully the intelligence to disregard the blind trust she has developed for her owner.

Don't pay any attention to YouTube trolls popeye9090; they're only ever out to criticize from the safety of their anonymity.
Although it was probably unpleasant for Suzie, she was in no danger. Skunk spray can temporarily blind in the worst cases, but at the end of the day, it's just a strong deterrent. I'm sure she learned her lesson. :)

@tfb4me Yes, you are right. When it comes to dealing with animals, my dog has a lot of pre-wired internal knowledge. But she also teaches herself from experience, like humans do. If something had gone wrong and serious injury resulted to either, it would have been a learning experience for the animals and for us.
