You cannot assess someone's acting ability if they are never sober/clean. And I doubt he's been sober/clean long enough in the last 10 years to even have a clue what an inside job is. He's not the first one to have the balls to say 9/11 was an inside job; anything he says is called a drug/alcohol induced statement AT BEST. It's not sad to say he's the best actor in your opinion, what's sad is you've watched him enough to come to that erroneous conclusion.

If ANYONE thinks Charlie Sheen has been sober/clean enough in the last 10 years to even know what an inside job might be, I would say you have been using right along with him. "Does he know how to party or what" I'd have to say "or what". That's not partying HELL he's putting himself and others through. He'll soon be gone.
