Don't mean to be rude...but please excuse me. China reacted 5 times quicker than the US did during Katrina for their own people. Where was George Bush??? There were a lot of finger pointing in the US as who should be responsible. The Chinese Premier was on the plane to Sichuan 90 minutes later to co-ordinate the rescue and relief effort. China was praised for their initial response rescue efforts and also continuing. Did you know that the US borrowed money from China for the stimulus checks?
