TV commercials for Chevy's new marketing campaign that features their Duramax Diesel and Allison transmission. TheAutoChannel.com has the full story and more videos of the campaign.
@Jabhill26 Because they're trying to find something that works. And while your and my D-Max is changed only slightly in tuning and the new EPA chit forced on it, they'll continue with new platform after new platform trying to get a good motor. Hopefully they figure it out cause they got that tranny that doesn't like towing they've got to address too.
Amazing how many Ford homers are talking about how horrible the DMax with Allison combo is. Riddle me this then. Why has GM stuck with the 6.6 DMax and Allison 1000 since they started with it in 2001? And why is it that Ford has gone through 4 different engines in that same time (7.3, 6.uhoh, 6.4, and now 6.7)? And why has the DMax had more HP and Torque factory then each of those, except for the 6.7 which had it's HP number bumped above the 6.6 after it already released a lower HP tuned truck?
well at least chevy can make some funny commercials when ford is making commercials proving their trucks are better then chevy. good job chevy you kno how to make fun of a baby so called powerstroke
@Skip1989 yea, they are funny, because Chevy is poking fun at Ford, when they themselves are newer at this . Funny as in these commercials suck. Ford walks all over Chevy Diesels.
all fords proud of is their f-150 with eco boost. they never talk about the heavy duty trucks.... theres a reason for that too

@mustangman6579, watch the HDvsHD vids... ford refused to offer up a truck for testing so they bought one... atleast dodge gave a truck.
