@MayerKingZ This "perfect noob" has been playing at least three times a week since TF2's beta. However, this "perfect noob" isn't a noob at life because he can easily afford to spend $40 on hats that he thinks is worth it because it goes toward community contributors and acts as a T.I.P for Valve's extensive free content. This "perfect noob" also owns 3+ TF2 servers and a somewhat successful competitive TF2 team . Perhaps this "perfect noob" has just been the latest victim of a perfect troll?

@Frozenb0ne You put them in your action slot and hold H to make a noise and festive particle effect emanate from your character.
