  • You need a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, seeds, leaves etc. to live a healthy vegan/ vegetarian lifestyle. I advise you to learn about where eggs and dairy products come from too. Ive been a vegan since October 2009 and ive had blood tests from doctors that show im a very healthy individual. You can do it if youre a caring and strong person.
