this looks like a great product however it is very expensive and much more work than I would be willing to do. I have been taking a weight loss supplement that is as easy as taking just one pill daily. It cost half the price of this. It's all natural and I noticed immediate results.

@LaSerpentaCanta Good observation. Part of it is due to being over weight. Hopefully her program is working, and thus she's losing some. Also, I *think* she still smokes, but am not sure. That also can be part of the cause. Good demonstration-- good luck with it, Kirstie. For those who *really* want to change your life, also Join Weight Watchers. I've lost 100 pounds with that. :)
