The name is a controversy only in the United States. Here in Canada (where the band is from), we recognize how stupid it is to dislike a band because of its name. Also, the Bare Naked Ladies come from Canada and Americans lost their poop over that 10 years ago.
Seriously, with the shape your country is in, don't y'all have more important things to be upset about?

Sorry, the band name was an awful choice and they won't go far unless they change it. Until then they're stuck with just their little following.

@xTachibana In my experience there were also jokes about me liking the band when I first got into them. I haven't heard the jokes lately but I did go to see them live in Columbus, Ohio earlier this year so that might have something to do with it.
