This is a video about how to make a good tasteing butter. It's a fifty-fifty percent blend of margarine and milk butter.
This process is the next best thing to being down on a farm, and you can do it easilly in your home, and should be done since its both and education and very tasty.
Here is the proccess, it's very easy after you do it once.
1. Melt the two butters together. Can use a microwave (about 30 to 45 seconds) and use a lid over it, or use low heat on the stove. DO NOT add any extra salt, this butter mix actually enhances the flavor of the often dull salted real butter. You may with to add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water to the mix that will evaporate duringheating/melting.
2. Place liquid into the serving container till cool - but not to solid/firm yet.
3. Place mix into refrigerator to solidify to a consistency of mashed potatos or gelatin. If you put the mix in the freezer you risk freezing the mix and you'll have to remelt it.
4. Churn or whip the mix with a fork so
that the oil, water and air is mixed
together into a creamy mixture of
processed butter.
5. Place a lid on the butter, and place
it into the refrigerator till it is
needed.

Feel free to use this recipe.
Some names for this I can think of are:
"Butter Blend"
"Butter Mix"
"Best Butter"
"Tasty Butter"
"Pennsylvania Butter"
I've "invented" this about 7 years ago when I wanted to mix the two butters together to see if it would improve the taste. In the process of doing that I learned how to churn it up with a fork into a creamy buttery mixture. If it wasn't for YouTube, you may have not ever made butter at home so easilly.
UPDATE: Sept, 09 - You dont have to melt the two butters actually if you use two sticks that have been thawed enought to mix together.
If you have a suggestion for what this butter/recipe can be called or anything else, leave a comment. If you have made this butter recipe, please leave a comment of what you think about it. If you try it with your finger, you'll be a butterfinger for real.
Here is a YouTube video where fresh butter is made with a small churn machine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72FKnwmncpQ

@elaine31347 I'm not too savy on the types of fats, but I know at one time people were told to try to stop eating real butter, so they switched to margarine/olio which is usually the corn oil types of butters. Now we hear of the dangers of some vegetable oils and or the processing of them, so your right, so this recipe is an alternative to "half-way" point to go back to using some real butter. The taste is awesome though for this recipe, it cannot be beat by any type of other butter.
