Core training is such an important part of athleticism. It helps transfer the power that you get from the ground to your upper body and out through your arms and hands. A strong core (area from the bottom of your ribs to your hips) also will help you become a more stable athlete too.

  • you could do between 20-30 reps of each movement (med. ball). The plank series could go for 15-30 secs.

  • do you squeeze your abs as hard as you can while doing this stuff?

  • @dimedropper1992 I wouldn't call it squeezing as much as i would call it bracing.

  • core strengt is verry good if you doing MMA for the takedowns :)

  • so how many reps are you doing of each move or are you doing like a 30 sec on each ?
