Ed Brown v IRS - Court says citizen is denied all rights to make pretrial motions; citizen is silenced; and once again - Says US citizens are denied Constitutional rights for redress for government wrong doings!
Also in the appellant court in the case of We the People v. US, no 04cv01211 (no 05-5359), held that citizens are NOT guaranteed a response nor any consideration for a petition for a redress of grievances as outlined in the first amendment of the Constitution!
In Shultz v. IRS, case 06-MC-131, the IRS was permitted to violate Shultz' free speech, associated with petitioning rights, as guaranteed under the fourth and ninth amendments; and his due process and property rights guaranteed under the fifth amendment of the Constitution.
The U.S. government has usurped individual rights to privacy, liberty and personal property rights to the extent one should seriously question just how, once the "war on drugs" or the "war on terrorism" is won, (or whatever "war" it is that is then justifying our loss of freedom), we'll ever get these rights back again. Lest we forget, the ever-pragmatic Benjamin Franklin once said: "Those who give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
Under the broad language of the Harman bill, anyone attending a "planned anti war rally" could be charged with trying to coerce a government and its people. Government need only charge that an individual in a group "thought about coercing a government or its people." Labor demonstrators that block or intimidate shoppers from entering a store could be charged with "coercing people" under Harman's "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act" - Also known as the "Thought Crimes bill"
Most egregious of all: Steven A. Magritz Dane Case # 02CF001170 - State vs Steven A. Magritz - Where Magritz sued the government for wrong doing. To get even, the government filed criminal charges against him saying to file such a suit makes him a "Paper Terrorist" - Now he faces 70 years in prison!
Three more examples to consider:
1) Feds arrest Pastor for Terrorism and Espionage under the Patriot Act for speaking to some Boy Scouts about the US Constitution
2) Federal Law Enforcement being trained that US founding fathers and the US Constitution are Terrorism, (So their masters can easily convince them to break the US Constitution)
3) Mother pulled over for no reason (at all) and arrested for Obstructing Justice, Resisting Arrest, and Assaulting a Police Officer - Then they go through all of her belongings in her car

And let us not forget: Obama's Preventative Indefinite Detention Act - Right after condemning Bush operating outside the law, Obama announced that he will: Develop a legal strategy outside US Law & Military Law to indefinitely detain people who MIGHT commit a crime! What he calls preventive indefinite detention, (just like in the Tom Cruise Movie, Minority Report)!
So you can be locked up for 10 or more years without any trial, indictment, or hearing because of what someone thinks you MIGHT do sometime in the future!
I'm not making this up nor stretching the truth; those are the mans words!

Read on internet about a person called Svali that claimed she escaped Illuminati and gives insight that 1% of US people already under their control. Her story is difficult to believe but when you include Franklin affair into the mix makes one wonder about the ruling elite. Illuminati may be the ss of the NWO. Whatever the case this generation has dropped the ball. We all need work as one to fight this tyranny.
