  • Check out my videos, it should help, at least I hope it does. Just remember, if the poi are in reverse, open your hands when the poi are on external planes (the outside of your forearms) to shorten, and open your hands when the poi are on the inside to lengthen. The opposite applies for forwards. Open and wrap on the inside to shorten, open and unwrap on the outside to lengthen. Use this principle on each hand individually to shorten in a weave. That's about the best I can explain with words...

  • me too! i have a really difficult time trying to shorten the poi during weaves. perhaps you could do a video on that? :)
