@WentMillerGal15 The pain isnt the concern.What i was getting at is this is suppose to be a abdominal workout but my legs are feeling it the most.Thats why in my comment i was wondering if i was doing it right or was it normal for the legs to hurt aswell.

@BelowZero16 Well...duh! Have you ever heard the saying "no pain, no gain?" If you do any sort of exercise, you're going to feel it in the area you worked out the most. If it hurts a lot, relax in a warm-hot bath so your muscles can ease the pain.
