  • wow.. he just explained half of my daily routine - and trust me it works. i just use my couch instead of a chair to place my feet on which is just as good. plus i'm a girl so i can follow my favorite shows at the same time = win-win :p

  • @WentMillerGal15 The pain isnt the concern.What i was getting at is this is suppose to be a abdominal workout but my legs are feeling it the most.Thats why in my comment i was wondering if i was doing it right or was it normal for the legs to hurt aswell.

  • @BelowZero16 Well...duh! Have you ever heard the saying "no pain, no gain?" If you do any sort of exercise, you're going to feel it in the area you worked out the most. If it hurts a lot, relax in a warm-hot bath so your muscles can ease the pain.

  • @BelowZero16 Yes, that's probable. The aches should go away after you get used to it I'm guessing.

  • for the first workout ,is it normal for your legs to start hurting ? Cause it kinda hurts my legs after a bit
