A fundamental principle of good animation is getting a sense of overlapping action (drag, overlap, lead & follow, etc.) In this video I try to get right down to the nuts and bolts of how it works- regardless of the medium. CG, hand drawn, stop-motion-- it's all the same when you understand what you're trying to do.
watch those tangents. I see you have lots of overshoots that need to be taken out.
