@Agent0range67 yeah...!!! is a triathlon challenge... they run to mc donald...resistance test in the q.... & the whole 100yards sprint in finding a seat & speed eating 4 super duper large mcdukes "meals!!!"... btw did u know McDonnell does bigger burgers in us than any where in the world!!!!!! 8-0

@jetzski87 You can replace the battery with a small, simple Phillips (cross-head) screwdriver and a CR2032 battery. Take care with the rubber gasket (as you would with any rubber gasket seal between mating surfaces) and don't overtorque the back-plate. The device is reliable. The Flowlink data connector is not so easy, specific units bearing an older serial number cannot read the RS300x data, but newer models (which look the same) do. I ran into this problem buying secondhand. Great watch!

@ 3:50 You mention that you need to wet the back of the strap where the transmitter is located. Actually, it's the electrodes (the silver colored areas) on the strap that needs to be wetted...
