Being on a Crew Team is no picnic. Having to be up before the sun, and most of your peers only to spend hours lifting and rowing boats takes a serious toll on you both physically and mentally. Despite these steep demands on your body, any Crew athlete will tell you its the best feeling in the world. This small glimpse documentary shows some of the beautiful moments of rowing as well as some insight from an actual crew member.

Great video which made me feel like I was on the water with them. Thanks for posting. I appreciate when a movie can bring me to a place/time/experience I am not able to experience otherwise. Music fits well. Best part was the light and camera angles. Thanks!

Great view of the sport - and the Cape Fear River. Impressive cinematography - stark early morning black, deep blue water, reds of sunrise - very well done.
