About a third of the way through the book, I was thinking to myself, "Here is this guy who has killed probably a hundred Taliban soldiers, saw his best friends get shot and killed, fell off cliffs, and crawled nearly seven miles looking for safety before being taken in by men from a remote, Muslim village in the hills of Afghanistan. @7mikethebike i am by no means a SEAL. im not trying to pose as a badass. but i have a deep respect for this nations armed forces, especially its special forces. SEALs have a completely different mentality and swagger about them than most people. going into a definite hostile area with no quick way out is what they are trained to do. its what they believe they can do. they believe they can get the job done no matter what. they had intel on 100+ hostiles. they knew what they were getting into.
