deep frying takes lots of oil, it's not a convening way to do it at home.

2分鐘才可以放魚,這樣比較不沾鍋,還有要吃素戒殺,少結殺業

you don't need to do that. Just deep fry the fish for like 10 seconds, then pan fry it in a seasoned cast-iron wok and make sure you move the wok constantly. It'll never stick when you do it that way.
