I don't swear alot unless I'm either really angry, or I stub my toe on the f>>>>> support. I usually do feel a lot better after releasing a few cuss words having stubbed my toe. But it doesn't usually have be a swear word, it has to have very few syllables, something you can spout without thinking too much.
