  • people think I'm a nut and I'm not even a raw foodist (yet?). They really have no idea what is healthy. It amazes me how many people go through a lifetime of ignorance being told lies by advertising and media; Being told this packaged processed cereal is a "Smart Choice" because it has whole grains; Being told this sugary bottled beverage is healthy because it has electrolytes your body needs....I wish more people would just do some research! Cmon people

  • Are you 100% raw? Because I see that coocking fire. Or is it for thee? Or do you warm up soups and if so how do you do that so that they stay under 118°

  • This is an excellent video! It is encouraging to hear some validation that it is okay when your world does seem to be turning upside down. It is easy to hear others saying things like "Oh, my God, what are you doing to yourself- this isn't you! This isn't good!" and begin to question yourself and all the good things you are trying to do. It is so important to just stay centered and listen to that little voice deep inside and not all the external influences. So, thank you!

  • (continued) I love my fruits & veggies but I started consuming it more than any other food. I was having problems with my digestion. I was NEVER like this. I was always rushing to the bathroom. Couldn't go nowhere. etc. My family told me it was the way I was eating. I went back to the way I was eating which wasn't unhealthy anyway & slowly but surely Im feeling better. I was going out of mind & getting depressed. Choose what is best for YOU! vegan/vegetarian or not. Balanced is the key.

  • EVERYBODY is different. What will work for some won't work for others. Especially if you don't do it right. You must do what is right for your own body. Not what others are doing. You have to consider what your body can handle especially if you have low iron levels, digestive problems, if you have diseases, or ibs & suffering from diarrhea or constipation, age, if you're female or male cause that does matter too etc. I tried to change my diet & I went back.....

  • Veagan and Vegetarian diets are not good for you. Go to itunes and look up the podcasts for Primal Diet Primal Living. Listen to The Vegetarian Myth. There are help groups out there for Vegetarians and Veagans that can help you get back on track. We are Carniverous animals that evolved from eating meat. Our bodies cannot breakdown cellulose which protects the proteins in most vegetables. you cannot replace animal protein.

  • WILL being on a vegan diet replenish your hair

    my hair is very curlly.. but its sun damaged.. its a mixutre of dry... flat.... STRAIGHT !@@@ :{... will this diet helo with that

  • Hi, I fust found you on You Tube and think you have very interesting show! Anyway it is fun because you eat very similar to me. Am also raw vegan and eat little fat and was very allergic to Avocado, but in a different way than you. I always got this huge stomac pain, like not being able to digest this wonderful fat! Now I use one lime with one Avocado and I have no pain anymore. Maybe works for you too, keep your beautiful smile, LOVE Tatiana
