This is the best self defence video I've ever come across, and I've watched most of them out there...

Although I had been practising martial arts for 12 years nobody have never teached me this very important information.

Thank you Geoff Thompson!

  • Geoff, it's refreshing to hear a well spoken fighter--esp. one w/ doorman experience. Thank you. Most of these moves are moves i already use now. Thank you for reassuring me that they are good by using them in your videos.--and adding detail.

  • excellent. Very good shitski.

  • these videos are what caused me to quit tkd after 15 yrs for boxing and grappling back in 1997(we learnded from the original gracie basics tapes since nobody else had a clue and trained a bit with a judo club).

  • @rockyboy201

It talks about moving off to one side, off the centre line which moves the assailant off balance and also opens up the whole jaw line to be hit. It is a bigger target area when you move to one side.

  • @rockyboy201 lol i think wel need to buy the video haha

  • is that geoff at 4:44 punching?
