The one thing this series is missing is the owner of the school, the real boss man who comes rarely but makes everyone tremble, who wears an impeccable suit and claims his mission "is to bring English to the Japanese people," but can't speak a word of English himself and makes the manager woman translate. We had one that was pure Yakuza. I mean, he was missing a pinkie!

Am I the only one who doesn't like the idea of that main teacher character beeing quite a copy of what JD from Scrubs was ? Walking the hallways with his backpack on him, thinking with a narators voice and telling people the meaning of what's going on and the lesson you should learn... This series really takes up the idea of a scrubs sitcom...
