Hmm ... I would recommend either RE1 or Fatal Frame 2, most of the others have already been done or are currently being played.

fatal frame 2 if you wanna get the shit of scared, its the only game besides fear that REALLY creepes me out

SH3 is kinda cool, not scariest game ever but pretty fun
