Yeah, you would go there with the nipple action. The reason why I didn't wear a bra was bc I wanted people to see my lines without bulk from a bra. So there : p

Diane, you know whats funny? You read it the same way I said it when I typed it!!! LOL...And, you know this was coming right? BUTTTT!!! You carry your weight very very very well... You dont look like you weigh a pound over 180!! Same like Zoe, she doesnt look like she should be in her 200s either!!! You guys are amazing!!! I cant wait to start doing my vlogs... You guys have completely motivated me... You look amazing as always and you truly are doing a great job with the protocol...

We look like we're closer to 180 bc we've been working out/athletic for quite awhile. Being physically active does wonders, my Dear. And it needs to be instilled in Phase 4. You must remember when the protocol was created, during the era when resistance training...lifting was a lifestyle for a group probably looked at by the mainstream in the 50's as a "subculture". I wish there was new data/research on this hCG diet incorporating exercise..resistance training..not talking about light cardio BS.
