Right now and we are betting they wish Louie learned how to use the new phone system in the and had better phone etiquette. Louie Tovar has since been demoted to work the Transit Division in the Phoenix PD (thats the befuddled light rail project in Phoenix) None of these corrupt cops have been reprimanded or fired and are still gainfully employed to protect you!

That's pretty funny that the police stole your computer equipment to keep you quiet, and now the story's on the Drudge Report. How'd that work out, Phoenix PD?

This is rampant here in Pittsburgh too, where our police have been under a Justice Department Consent Decree for years. They operate with impunity here, harass people, violate civil and constitutional rights, walk around like skin-heads with jackboots, and break the law they are to uphold.  There should be a force created, made up of college educated folks who are NOT police officers, whose job is only to keep tabs on the police. Police are out of control EVERWHERE.
