Gizmag @ IAA 2009 - REVA unveils the NXR and NXG electric cars

REVA CTO Chetan Maini (and his mother) unveil REVA's new NXR and NXG electric cars at day two of the Frankfurt Motor Show 2009. The NXR and NXG include an emergency roadside assistance system called REVive, which is designed to combat "range anxiety".

i was hoping to read some comments about the car, but what Ive found is just comments about countries and leaders ... STFU and talk about the car.

I want to know what is the range of this car purely on the batteries, does it have a gas motor as well?

@ Jeff - (Cont.) However in time the mechanic will learn and find his way and teach his children. So then someday his children will make things better...while their children will perfect it and so on..

India has history that will mind boggle anyone who cared to read it. With history like that, i'd say we're bound to have our share of problems. Just like the Americans have theirs, the British have theirs and so on.

@ Jeff - Its like a rich business man who had a rich daddy calling a car mechanic from the street messy and poor. Not realizing that the mechanic probably had a hard child hood and learnt his skills from the streets while the business man had all the time and money in the world to polish himself up and go to the best universities, teaching him things that the mechanic would not know.
